All products sold at Shop.UrbanPooch.com are physically available in our store located at 4501 N Ravenswood Avenue in the Ravenswood neighborhood – so there is no shipping or waiting until a certain time each month to pick up items. Our advanced product tracking system keeps inventory updated 6x/hour – so there are no inventory errors. If the product shows in stock, you can rest assured it’s ready to deliver to you!

Out of Inventory
If an item shows out of Inventory, you can still order and we will advise you how quickly we can get it in and deliver it to you. Most reorders take less than 1 week.
