Last year, Care for Real helped feed more than 3,000 pets. As many of you know, pets play an important role in family units. And especially with our senior population (the majority single households and living on their own) find that their pet is just about everything to them – family, best friend and more.
Urban Pooch donates and accepts donations of food, toys, and accessories that are collected each month and distributed to those in need. In fact, Urban Pooch just recently Donated $1,200 to Care for Real from our Pooch-A-Palooza event, where we sold raffle tickets for prizes.
