People are great here! They take great care of my boy and love dogs.

My 15 lbs loves the daycare. They take great care of the dogs. My pup is always super excited to play at Urban Pooch.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Our dog, Denali, has been going to Urban Pooch for daycare 2–3 times a week since she was a puppy, and after 2½ years, we’ve truly never had a single negative experience. The staff is incredible - so friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do and every dog they work with. They treat Denali like she’s their own, and that means everything to us. We always feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such great hands whenever she’s there. We’ve also used their boarding several times, and it’s been just as amazing. One of our favorite things is that Denali gets to play all day in daycare and then sleeps in a room with other dogs and a staff member at night. She’s never stuck in a crate for long periods, which is such a huge plus and something we really value. We truly can’t say enough good things about Urban Pooch. It’s clear how much the staff cares, and there’s honestly nowhere else we’d rather have Denali when we’re at work or out of town. Highly, highly recommend for both daycare and boarding!

I came here for a job interview and during my shadow I got to see the facility, it's one of the best in the city. I would highly recommend it. The dogs are very well taken care of.

The staff here are so lovely and you can tell they all just adore dogs. Our pup is a little shy around other dogs but enjoys getting pets and treats when we stop in or when she attends day care.
