I took my puppy there for puppy fundamentals Class.. I was impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism,and cleanliness of the facility. They have good adult trainers..not kids. It is professionally run and I intend on taking another class there with my Pup. Great job!!

We loved Reactive Dog 1 with Pamela and Coco and would highly recommend it. Our only regret is not taking this class sooner! We've seen a huge improvement in our dog's reactivity on walks- it's amazing how much of a difference the 6 weeks have made. Our dog seems happier and more confident on walks as well now that she has a better coping mechanism for when she sees another dog. I would say that our dog's reactivity is a 3-4 down from a 9-10, which has been a larger improvement than we thought possible! I cannot recommend this class enough to anyone with a reactive dog.

amazing staff and talent under the hood make this well oiled machine really cruise... It's obvious everyone is committed to the best experience. From the communication at the reception, great products that are well researched and top talent in the grooming area.

Don't go anywhere else! We've done agility elsewhere in Chicago, and we learned NOTHING compared to what we learn at Urban pooch. We learn the safe way how to build my pup's confidence while also teaching them the proper way to "bail" on contacts. We've taken private lessons and our Golden is in Daycare here. Their staff is CERTIFIED in dog training and other specialties. You do NOT get that ANYWHERE else in the city.
